Vicky Karner is a Senior Escrow Officer with 18 years of experience in the title and escrow industry, specializing in guiding clients through successful real estate transactions with expertise, precision, compassionate and exceptional customer service. Prior to her escrow career, she owned her own Mortgage broker branch for 6 years, gaining valuable insight into all aspects of the home financing and closing process.

Before entering the real estate industry, Vicky enjoyed an adventurous career in the cruise industry, serving as a Chief Purser and traveling to more than 70 countries around the world. These experiences helped her develop her strong leadership, communication, problem solving and working ahead of schedule to benefit her clients and colleagues today.

Outside of work, she is married to her best friend who is a Chef from Austria, loves having dinner parties, camping, hiking, biking and time with her dogs. She is also a proud mother whose daughter is pursuing a degree in Aeronautical Engineering Technology at Purdue University. Vicky brings the same dedication, integrity, and enthusiasm to her personal life that she brings to every transaction, making her a trusted resource for clients and industry partners alike.

Outside of her professional life, Dana's greatest joys are her family and the people she loves. She is a proud mother of two and a devoted grandmother to two grandchildren who hold a very special place in her heart. At home, she is also a loving cat mom of two, who are very much part of the family. Dana has a true zest for life and loves to travel, explore new places, experience new things, and embrace every adventure that comes her way. She is an outdoor enthusiast who always seems to have the next adventure planned and usually has the one after that already in the works!
